No more sleep deprivation. Things like the internet can, late night eating (cutoff eating atleast 2 hours before bedtime), alcohol consumption (even though it can make you drowsy it interupts sleep), & watching t.v. late at night don't make for a good full night's rest. If possible take the internet, t.v. and food eating our of the sleeping quaters...making them only for sleeping and*clears throat* adult fun. What ever your wake time put yourself in bed atleast 6 hours before that time. __________________ Listening with our hearts when we're all outta words

I'm getting into taking time out for self. I'm always wheeling and dealing handling business. Now this year its time for me to do me bottomline. Get my health back on track get back to meditating more. And most of all giving more praises to God for everything he's blessed me with. Spending more time with family. Going back to the basics of appreciating my true friends because life is short. And of course falling deeper in love with myself to be sure I'm well kept emotionally, physically and spiritually. __________________ With faith in GOD all things are possible.
